What’s your intention?
When I notice the cycles of the Moon, I notice the cycles within me. This helps me to chill the fuck out.
I remember that I don't have to be ON, going, & DO-ING all the time.
Right now we are in the Dark Moon phase, the space right before the New Moon. This is an opportunity to get quiet & practice deep inner reflection.
Or in other words: Do Nothing.
Tuesday will be New Moon, which is a great time to plant your monthly seeds of intention.
Choosing a New Moon intention supports me in focusing my energy, gaining clarity on next steps, & reducing overwhelm in my life.
When Full Moon approaches I use the brightness of the Moon to see what's really going on & check-in on my intention.
Dark Moon returns & I let go of the effort. I pause. I reflect. I go within.
When I tap into the cycles of Nature I breath deeper & I stay more in tune with the present moment.
It's like I have a constant, reliable guide that nourishes me along my journey & reminds me that I too am a sacred part of Nature.
