Why Ritual?
Ritual is how we intentionally experience thresholds, transitions, & transformation both within ourSelf & in the world.

What is Full Moon Ritual?
Each Full Moon Ritual is comprised of the below Phases of Ritual.
These are the practices I’ve devoted my life to & represent the teachings I’ve received. Learn more about my personal lineage here.
You are invited to participate at your own comfort level.
There is space for personal contemplation as well as space to share. Consent is ongoing & you can change your mind at any time.
Welcome
We gather in circle.
Every ritual begins with a land acknowledgement & honoring those who have stewarded the land for generations. Find out whose land you’re on.
We review our Braver Space agreement & add any additional agreements.
Grounding
Guided visualization & breath awareness.
Practice returning to the rhythms of your breath, connecting to your body, & grounding into the present moment.
Guided visualizations awaken your imagination & help you access your intuition.
Circle Casting
We welcome the wisdom of the Land to remind us of the support that is all around us, as well as within us.
I call upon the teachings of the elements (Air, Fire, Water, & Earth), the seasons, the Moon, & the Sun. I call upon the guides, teachers, helpers, healers, & ancestors who choose to come in a good way.
What is named is not absolute. Space is held for you to call upon your circle.
Spellwork
The symbolic act.
Previous spellwork includes fire burning, cord cutting, water imbuing, & candle crafting. I only facilitate spellwork I’ve personally practiced.
The spellwork is informed by the season, the energy of the Moon, &/or intuitive directives I’ve received.
Practice
Contemplative practice to support the spellwork.
A sample of the practices:
Journal Writing
Embodied Movement
Guided Meditation & Imagery
Opening
We open our circle.
Space to share your gratitude, your a-ha’s, &/or rememberings.
Depending on group size, sharing & witnessing occurs either in breakout rooms or with the full circle.
You are a leader, healer, facilitator, teacher, creator, producer AKA One Who Gives.
Givers must also practice receiving.
This is your ritual – your time to be held by the sacred circle.
Full Moon Ritual is NOT for you if you are looking for:
A debate on whether intuition or magick is real
Spiritual Bypassing or “Good Vibes Only”
Culturally Appropriated practices
Full Moon Ritual is a Braver Space

A Braver Space is a space where we can:
Share our truth
Live our truth
Be our truth
While at the same time explore when our truth is a belief ready to be unlearned.*
*h/t Robin DiAngelo regarding the difference between truth & beliefs.
To create a Braver Space, we all agree to practice these 2 main principles:
-
We ask before we give.
“Can I ask you a question about that?”
We ask for what we need.
“I need to be seen & heard.”
“I need to be quiet & not share.”
Consent is ongoing.
We can always change our mind.
-
We trust in the sacred circle. What is shared in circle, remains in circle.
We trust in our ability to discern when it’s our time to share & when it’s our time to listen.
We trust each other to nourish Self, whether that be turning off our video or trying something that doesn’t work.
We trust in our shared devotion to collective liberation & our desire to unlearn.
During Full Moon Ritual we review our agreements & add any additional so we can co-create our space.

How much is Full Moon Ritual?
11% of your payment (after fees) is redistributed to Indigenous Women Rising.
“Indigenous Women Rising is committed to honoring Native & Indigenous People’s inherent right to equitable and culturally safe health options through accessible health education, resources, and advocacy.”
Full Moon Ritual is offered on a pay-what-you-can (PWYC) sliding scale to create greater access for those in our community.
PWYC pricing is also an opportunity for us to practice anti-capitalism values within a capitalist society.
Sliding scale requires trust & honest personal reflection.
To learn more about my sliding scale, read my article.
Suggested Sliding Scale Tiers
$65 USD: You are able to pay the full amount, plus $20 to support those who are unable to pay the full amount.
$45 USD: You are able to pay the full amount.
$25 USD: You are experiencing financial hardship & a reduced price is most supportive.
No one turned away for lack of funds.
Which sliding scale tier do I choose?
When deciding which tier of the sliding scale to place yourself, consider whether enrolling will be a sacrifice or a hardship:
If paying for a class, product, or service would be difficult, but not detrimental, it qualifies as a sacrifice. You might have to cut back on other spending in your life (such as going out to dinner, buying coffee, or a new outfit), but this will not have a long term harmful impact on your life. It is a sacred sacrifice in order to pursue something you are called to do.
If, however, paying for a class, product, or service would lead to a harmful impact on your life, such as not being able to put food on the table, pay rent, or pay for your transportation to get to work, then you are dealing with hardship. Folks coming from a space of hardship typically qualify for the lower end of the sliding scale. (excerpt from wortsandcunning.com)
If it’s a sacrifice, pay higher on the scale.
If it’s a hardship, pay lower.
To further support your discernment of where to place yourself on the sliding scale, I invite you to consider how your unearned advantages & your proximity to power affects your access to resources.
Reflect upon these resources, whether that is savings, retirement accounts, or support from family (blood or chosen family).
Do you own a home?
Have a college education?
Do you travel for pleasure?
Sliding scale requires deep self-reflection, which can sometimes be uncomfortable.
Check in with your breath. What is your body telling you right now?
Whichever amount you choose: You are welcome & it’s my honor to circle with you.
[h/t Hadassah Damien & Bear Herbert for their teachings on anti-capitalist pricing.]
