Altar as Ritual
Cultivating sacred space & building an altar wherever I go is how I stay connected to my ritual.
When I travel, I pack a to-go altar complete with a smalltime tarot deck.
When I'm in the wild, I collect pretty leaves & moss for a site-specific altar.
At home I have various altars that I tend, including one I create for the Moon rituals I facilitate.
No matter the location, or what I place upon it, an altar is my physical reminder to practice ritual.
Ritual helps me to pause, slow down, & notice the present moment.
When I practice ritual I:
RECONNECT with my wisdom
RECLAIM my power
REALIGN with my purpose
REIMAGINE the world
An altar supports me in remembering my ritual so I can remember who I am.
In my world, there are no altar size, shape, or color requirements–or any requirements really.
Creating an altar is about creating a space so you can return to the essence of YOU.

I invite you to identify a space in your home that you can dedicate to your ritual altar.
Below are some suggested items to add to your altar.

Anything else that calls to you
Still not sure what to put on your altar or how to create a ritual altar?
