How do you know your inner wisdom?
What's your desired relationship with your inner wisdom?
Did you even know this was a choice??
I didn't.
Back in 2019 I planted the seed of intention to deepen my relationship with my intuition – an aspect of my inner wisdom.
I set this intention because I wanted to strengthen my ability to notice the clues from my intuition & to deepen my trust in what I notice.
Before that point in my life, I thought my relationship with my intuition was static. Not until I intentionally explored my understanding of self-trust (or lack thereof), did I realize I could form whatever relationship I desired with my inner wisdom. 🤯
To nurture this intention seed, I committed to adding an intuition practice to my existing morning & evening rituals that would flow like this:
Pull 1-3 tarot cards
Divine the message of the cards without the use of a guidebook
Record my interpretations in a specific journal
At the end of my day I:
Reviewed the tarot cards
Reflected on what I had journaled
Compared it all to what *actually* happened throughout the day
This daily ritual practice of intentionally engaging my intuition blossomed into a deeper relationship with my intuition & self-trust.
A vital part of deepening our relationship with our inner wisdom is to disentangle what we know to be true, from what we have learned to be true.
Which is why it's so important for us to unlearn the systems of oppression that move through us & show up in all that we do, including the relationship with our inner wisdom & self-trust.
How we engage our intuition, which practices we follow, & the resulting relationship is a choice – a choice that we have available to us every moment of every day.
It's up to us to uncover the inspiration that will motivate us to plant a seed of intention & nurture its potential.
For me it was the desire to strengthen my self-trust so I can deepen my relationship with my intuition. What is it for you?
